London-centric estate agency Marsh & Parsons has teamed up with Jane Duncan and Diana Lloyd-Jones’s interiors firm J&D Design to offer a “comprehensive bespoke design service” to clients. J&D pitches itself as a “research-led” design practice, based on founder Duncan’s background in research into colour, design and wellbeing within the healthcare sector. The new partnership gives M&P clients access to J&D’s interior design services as well as advice on the commissioning of artworks, lighting schemes and garden landscaping. There’s also a budget-friendly “E-Design” service, offering remote styling with written design advice and a list of shopping resources (from £200 per room). Marsh & Parsons will be offering vouchers for this “quick hit” option, intended as a gift for housewarmings, weddings, baby showers etc. J&D will also be providing interiors and design content for Marsh & Parsons’ blog.
Marcus Flacks, Marketing Director at Marsh & Parsons: “Successfully and effectively marketing our clients’ properties is an essential part of what we do. We invest heavily in this process, so working with J&D Design on a range of creative services will strengthen our client offering. “The evidence-based research behind the quality of their designs was a compelling reason for Marsh & Parsons when looking to select a design company to work with. This really is J&D Design’s USP.”
Jane Duncan, Director J&D Design: “We are delighted to be working with Marsh & Parsons and feel we can offer another dimension to the brand to help them stand apart from their competitors.”
